There is! My favorite part of turnovers is the outside edges, especially when the filling starts to ooze out between the sheets a little. I figured that starting with triangles would be the best way to maximize that. I don&#39;t think you get quite as much filling, though, so it&#39;s definitely a trade off.

These look yummy - is there a reason you didn&#39;t leave the sheets in squares and literally make turnovers? I will definitely add this to my baking list when the blueberries come into season here...
